Choose from our assortment of heat pack sizes, or buy a bundle in coordinating fabrics. Perfect for all of your aches and pains, and featuring our signature scent blend. Heat in the microwave or cool in the freezer too sooth muscles and mind.
Heat packs come in four sizes: Small, Medium, Large, and Traveler (perfect for your overnight bag). Filled with a curated blend of herbs dried flowers, mints, and roots, they wrap nicely around your knee, shoulder, or neck without being lumpy.

Our sleep masks are filled with 3.5 oz of flax seed and our signature blends of organic dried herbs. Measuring 4.5” x 9.25” choose from tie on or elastic strap.
Available in 6 scent blends: Lavender, Relaxing, Calming, Anxiety Relief, Headache Relief, and Sweet Dreams (a blend of Chamomile and Lavender with a rich of valerian root)
